Where to Party in Ibiza: The Best Clubs on the Island

Ibiza is undoubtedly the place to be for letting your hair down and enjoying the clubbing scene. Between May and October every year some of the biggest names in dance, trance and everything in between, come to host some of the most spectacular parties and nights out on the planet.

Claiming to be the world's largest nightclub, Privilege is one to put on your bucket list. Around 10,000 people can fit inside the venue, having previously started out as a simple community swimming pool. It went through a number of changes in the 80s, with the likes of Freddie Mercury and Grace Jones performing there.

Nowadays, the world's top DJs play sets to expectant revellers, including the likes of Armin van Buuren. There are 14 bars, two exclusive VIP zones and two open-air chill out areas making it one of the coolest clubs on the planet.



Space has picked up a number of awards over the years, naming it as the best club in the world. It boasts an impressive and diverse line-up all week long, providing something for every musical taste. Like many clubs in Ibiza, there are plenty of rooms and open spaces to enjoy your night in, including the Premier Etage, Terraza or Sunset Terrace.

The opening party at Space is seen as the start of the clubbing season in Ibiza and is one not to miss out on.


Es Paradis

Featuring ten bars, three rooms and a dance floor which doubles up as a swimming pool, Es Paradis is another must-visit club to put on your Ibiza wish list.

This summer Hed Kandi is celebrating a decade of decadence every Saturday night, while the Fiesta del Agua Water Parties are sure to be a hit among bikini-clad revellers. With its pyramid glass roof, Es Paradis stands out against the picture-perfect sunset sky which Ibiza is famous for, and you'll find yourself dancing away the night until it rises again the next morning.



Another name synonymous with Ibiza, Eden has undergone a massive facelift and opened up again this summer under new ownership and management. This super club has implemented the very first VOID Gold Incubus Soundsystem to produce the best dance beats that money can buy.

Celebrating its 40th anniversary in 2013, Pacha has also undergone a big overhaul having originally started out life as a town farmhouse. David Guetta is part of the line-up, with Friday night's Insane being hosted by John Digweed, Fitz Kalkbrenner and DJ Sneak.
